Sorry, we love animals but due to the fact some guests staying after you may be allergic to animals, we do not allow pets.
All rates are shown in US dollars. All payments must be made in US dollars.
- Send email to inquire if the weeks/dates you are interested in are still available.
- If weeks are still open, we will inform you accordingly, you will need to send a deposit to hold the dates for your party. (This can be done by a check, or through PayPal if you wish to use your CREDIT CARD). We can also invoice you using your current email address.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, a standard California rental agreement will be sent to you. You will need to sign and date the application and return with balance of charges due. Note; "Early Bird" bookings require the complete amount at time of booking. (Otherwise balance of rent is due no later than 4 weeks prior to check in, sooner if dates include a holiday or special event).
- Arrangements for keys will be made two weeks before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation is not permitted within 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% penalty applies. If cancellation is made prior to 30 days before arrival, a 50% penalty will apply. (These fees are necessary due to the fact that people will be turned away once your deposit is received).
If you cancel prior to 60 days, and we are able to rent the unit for the same amount of days, then the balance of your funds will be refunded. Sending your initial deposit to hold your dates requested constitutes your agreement with this cancellation policy.
Once your dates are confirmed, we start turning other interested parties away, that is the reason for our cancellation policy.
All deposits are generally returned within 7-10 days, or sooner, after your checkout date. If for some reason some damage has occurred during your stay, you will be notified in writing of the charges due or subtracted form your security deposit.
Guests that have stayed with us within the past 24 months are offered a lower security deposit requirement.
